Leaving Legacy Memorial was birth in the midst of Covid-19 in 2020 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  We strive to creatively create a masterpiece that represents your loved one.  Leaving friends and family with a keepsake to cherish forever!  We are honored to get to know your loved one by photos, reading poems sent, biography and listening to the families describe their loved one!  This helps us to understand the your loved one to it's fullest potential.
